Mysore/Mysuru: To clear the extra rush of passengers during Deepavali, the Railway Board has approved operation of Special Express Trains between Mysuru and Jaipur for two trips in each direction.

Train No. 06231 Mysuru-Jaipur Express Special will depart from Mysuru at 23.55 hrs on Oct. 18 and 25 and arrive in Jaipur at 18.40 hrs on the following Monday.

In return direction, Train No. 06232 Jaipur-Mysuru Express Special will depart from Jaipur at 04.00 hrs on Oct. 21 and 28 and arrive in Mysuru at 03.30 hrs on Thursday.

However, Train No. 06231 will skip Sabarmati BG halt on its journey towards Jaipur and Train No. 06232 will skip Ahmedabad halt on its return journey to Mysuru. The special train will consist of 18 coaches, comprising 2 AC Two-Tier, 12 AC Three-Tier, 2 Sleeper Class and 2 Second Class Luggage-cum-Brake Vans.
