Mysuru: JCI Mysore Royal City hosted a three-day Speech Craft training programme from Apr. 7 to 9 at a private hotel in city. Jc. Dr. Kedareswar of Hospet was the pilot faculty while Jc. Smitha Huliraj of Shivamogga and Jc. Anil Dugar from Bengaluru were the co-faculties for the training in speaking skills programme module of Junior Chamber International. JCI Mysore Royal City hosted the event on behalf of Zone 14 of JCI India.
The faculty team dealt with different parameters of the speech including How to speak, When to speak, Why to speak, How much to speak, Where to speak and Whom to speak.
Effective training on different types of speeches like Welcome Speech, Introductory Speech, Introduction Speech, Persuasive Speech, Keynote address and Vote of Thanks was also provided. Trainees from all over the zone were given tips about facial expression, body language, smile, seriousness, time limit, order of speech, etc.
During the valedictory on Apr. 9, Zone Director-Training Jc. Vijaykumar of JCI Sringeri presided. Zone President Jc. Siddalingappa of JCI Bangalore Silicon City, Host President Jc. B.K. Deepak Kumar Jain of JCI Mysore Royal City presented his remarks. Zone Secretary Jc. Shivakumar of JCI Vijayapura and LOM Secretary Jc. Kunal Manakchand of JCI Mysore Royal City proposed a vote of thanks.
Past Presidents Jc. Rajan Baghmar, Jc. Jaykumar Salecha, Jc. Sushil Lunkar, Jc. Abhishek Baghmar and Jc. Vikas Gugliya felicitated the guests. Jc. Mahaveer Gadiya, Jc. Praveen Derasariya, Jc. Manoj Surana, Jc. Anand Salecha, Jc. Manish Chopra, Jc. Divya Salecha and Jc. Naveen Derasariya were among those present.
