Mysuru: Sri Ravishankar Guruji of The Art of Living Foundation will be in Mysuru on Oct.4 and 5.  Sri Sri Yoga (Yogastha) programme has been organised at the Guruji’s Ashram in city from Oct.6 to 13 for those above 14 years of age.

“Yogastha is a complete science; it unites body, mind and spirit and also the universe. It brings peace and bliss to every individual. It also creates a significant difference in one’s behaviour, thoughts and attitude,” says Sri Ravishankar Guruji.
