Mysuru: A four-day Effective Public Speaking (EPS) Training was conducted by Sri Sthanakvasi Jain Yuva Sanghatan in association with Rajul Bahu Mandal and JCI Mysore Royal City at Sri Jain Sthanak Bhavan in Mahaveernagar, Halladakeri, here which was attended by 35 participants.
Faculties of the EPS Training Programme JCI Senator Vikas Gugliya, Jc HGF B.K. Deepak Kumar Jain and Jc HGF Mahaveer Gadiya trained the participants about how to get rid of stage fear, how to prepare a speech, how to deliver speech and types of speeches.
They also gave formulae for — How to prepare welcome speech, persuasive speech, introduction speech and vote of thanks.
Other topics dealt include Pageantry, Use of Mice and Podium, Dress Style for a Good Speaker, Dos and Don’ts in a speech, presentation of a speech in a effective way, etc.
During the valedictory of the 4-day training programme, B.A. Kailashchand Jain, President of Sri Sthanakvasi Jain Sangh, Mysuru and Budhmal Baghmar, President of Sri Sthanakvasi Jain Shikshan Sangh, Mysuru, were the chief guests.
JCI Mysore Royal City President Jc Gaurav Jain presided.
All the three trainers JCI Zone IVX President JCI Sen. Vikas Gugaliya, Jc HGF Deepak Kumar Jain and Jc HGF Mahaveer Gadiya were facilitated by SYUVAS.
Anchal Desarla introduced the chief guests. Project Director Sharmila Dhoka proposed a vote of thanks.
President of Sri Sthanakvasi Jain Yuva Sanghatan Rajan Baghmar, President of Rajul Bahu Mandal Ugmabai Khabiya, Secretary Lalithabai Ganna were among those present on the dais.
Yuva Vice-President Manohar Sankhala, Joint Secretary Rajendra Desarla, Treasurer Kiran Salecha and Committee Members Sunil Patva and Dinesh Pipada were present.
