SSLC Board introduces ‘Tatkal’ scheme; to issue marks card in five days

Bengaluru: Good news for students and parents. Henceforth, they need not wait for months together to get the marks card after submitting application to the SSLC Board. Thanks to digital technology, the marks cards will be issued within five days after the receipt of applications.

According to information available, students have to fill up application online and upload all relevant documents unlike visiting the Board in person to submit the filled-in applications and documents. Under ‘Tatkal’ scheme, students can make payment online or through bank. After uploading application online, they need to submit the application copy to the head of the institution. Within five days of this process, new marks card will be available. The application will be examined online by school head and at BEO and DDPI-level before issuing the marks card.
