Mysuru: Kalpavruksha Samskruthika Parishat Trust will be conducting a two-day cricket tournament from tomorrow (Jan. 4) at Puttaraja Gawai Stadium in J.P. Nagar.
The tournament will be inaugurated at 9 am by former MUDA Chairman H.V. Rajeev in the presence of Sri Illai Alwar Swamiji of Vangipura Nambi Mutt in Melukote.
The trophy will be unveiled by former MLA M.K. Somashekar while MLA Ganesh Prasad will offer floral tributes to ‘Nadadevate.’ Chutuku Yugacharya Dr. M.G.R. Urs will preside.
Mysore Palace Board Deputy Director T.S. Subramanya, Karnataka State Shivarchakara Sangha Treasurer Girish Chamundaiah and CESC Assistant Engineer C.S. Praveen will be the chief guests.
State Shivarchakara Sangha President Prof. Mallanna will preside over the valedictory on Jan. 5. Karnataka State College Lecturers Association President Dr. P.
