Balkishan shared the lead with five points from five rounds in the Open section on the inaugural day of the two-day State-Level Dasara Chess Championship 2017, conducted by MDCA jointly with the DYES and Dasara Sports Committee at the Chamundi Vihar Stadium here this morning.
In the women’s section, three players, Kushi M. Hombal, C.T. Anamika Menon and H.R. Manasa share the lead with four points from four rounds.
