Mysuru: The annual conference of Karnataka Dalitha Sangharsha Samithi (DSS) has been organised on Dec.8 and 9 at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Bhavan in Devanahalli in Bengaluru which is also to mark the 62nd Parinirvan Day of Ambedkar.
Disclosing this at a press meet at Patrakarthara Bhavana here yesterday, DSS State Chief Convener Mavalli Shankar said that a procession will be taken out on Dec.8 at 11 am from Devanahalli to Mini Vidhana Soudha where the statue of Ambedkar would be garlanded and later proceed to Ambedkar Bhavan.
He further said that the conference would discuss on anti-people policies of the Union Government, imbalance between several communities, reservation policies and threat of communal forces that are threatening the country’s unity.
