Savarkar Prathishtana, Mysuru, has organised a State-level Essay contest for PU students at Gopalaswamy PU College, near Nanjumalige in the city, on July 30. The contestants can choose from the following topics:   Savarkar and Pateeta Pavana Mandira; Savarkar in London; Savarkar in Freedom Struggle; Savarkar and Apology letter; Kaalapani imprisonment and Savarkar. The contestants are required to write an essay on the topic of their choice from anyone of the above. The contest is of one hour duration and the essay should not exceed a thousand words.
