Mysuru: The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering (VVCE), Mysuru, has organised a State-level Project Exhibition on Mar. 29. The theme for this year is ‘Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)’ encouraging students to develop innovative solutions aligned with global sustainability objectives.
With participation of 50 teams from various colleges across Karnataka, the exhibition will serve as a platform for showcasing ground-breaking projects in the field of electrical and electronics engineering. This event is for final-year students of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) branch, providing them with an opportunity to engage with industry experts, researchers and academicians.
The project exhibition will be inaugurated at 9.30 am by chief guest Dr. R. Shivarudraswamy, Professor and Head, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal.
Gundappa Gowda, President of Vidyavardhaka Sangha, Mysuru, will preside over the event. P. Vishwanath, Secretary, Vidyavardhaka Sangha, Mysuru and Shrishaila Ramannavar, Treasurer, Vidyavardhaka Sangha, Mysuru, will be the guests of honour.
The programme is being organised under the guidance of Dr. B. Sadashive Gowda, Principal of VVCE, Dr. Shobha Shankar, Vice-Principal & Dean of Academic Affairs, VVCE and Dr. K. Gopala Reddy, Head of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
