The Department of History, Vidyavardhaka First Grade College, Sheshadri Iyer Road in city, will be hosting a one-day State-level Seminar on the topic ‘Ancient cultural and educational centres of Karnataka’ at its premises tomorrow (Sept.2) at 10 am. Department of Archaeology, Museums and Heritage Commissioner A. Devaraju will inaugurate the seminar. Vidyavardhaka Sangha Hon. President Gundappa Gowda will preside over the inaugural.
Department of Archaeology, Museums and Heritage Dy. Director Dr. C.N. Manjula, Vidyavardhaka Sangha Hon. Secretary P. Vishwanath and Hon. Treasurer Shreeshail Ramannavar will be the chief guests. College Management Board President Dr. K.C. Tejas Baba and College Principal Dr. S. Marigowda will be present on the occasion.
