State Veteran’s Table Tennis Tourney: Mysureans finish runners-up

Mysuru’s veteran Table Tennis player K.V. Krishnamurthy, taking part in the Karnataka State Ranking Veteran’s Table Tennis Tournament in Bengaluru which concluded yesterday, finished runner-up in the 75-plus Singles event.

In the final, K. Udhayshankar beat K.V. Krishnamurthy 9-11, 11-2,11-5,11-2 to clinch the title.

In the 40-plus section, K. Sudhir beat Bhaskar Mysore 11-7, 11-6, 11-6 in the final, while in the 60-plus Singles final, A.V. Nagaraj beat Mysuru’s M.N. Raghavendra 11-4, 11-7, 8-11, 11-3 in the final.
