Demanding selection of a specially-abled person to represent in the Legislative Council and to implement the Court order directing 3% reservation in promotion, the Specially-Abled Employees Association will stage a State-wide protest on Mar. 18 by wearing black clothes, said Assn. State President Beerappa Andagi Chilavadagi here yesterday.
