Mysore/Mysuru: Taking into cognisance, the unhygienic places that mar the beauty of Cultural Capital Mysuru, Mayor Shivakumar has come out with novel ideas to get rid of them.
In a first step, wall painting, laying of footpath and cleaning of such stinking spots to create awareness against littering waste in public places have been taken up in all the 65 Wards of Mysuru City Corporation (MCC), according to a press release.
After taking charge of his new role, Mayor Shivakumar had conducted a meeting of engineers of technical wing at MCC, asking them to identify unhygienic spots and create healthy environs as per the ideas mooted by him.
N.R.mohalla St Mary’s Road near park recently they have done all.good works and people started misuing the neatly laid footpath by tieing the cow in the footpath and everyday lot dirty waste is generated lot of mosquitoes are flying around the area and footpath is very dirty. Regarding this already mail sent to corporation office and there is no action till now. Hope our mayor will instruct the officials to take proper action in this regard.
