Stop imagination, save nature in real: Senior Civil Judge Dinesh

February 8, 2024

Mysore/Mysuru: Senior Civil Judge and District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Member-Secretary B.G. Dinesh gave a call to create awareness among youths on the benefits of nature.

He was speaking after inaugurating South Zone Rally of Bharat Scouts and Guides, South Zone Local Centre, at Sri Jayachamarajendra Scouts and Guides Ground in city on Tuesday.

“Man is getting swayed over by fictional happiness. Instead of virtually enjoying the beauty of environment in the lap of nature, man should try his hand on conserving the environment and create awareness among youths on the advantages of nature,” added Dinesh.

“If the coming generation has to enjoy natural resources, we should save the same resources. But it is not possible to buy environment with money. If the nature is left undisturbed, the future generation will be benefited. Or else, the impact will be felt on the nature including air, water and forest,” cautioned Judge Dinesh.

“We indulge in deforestation to build a concrete jungle which will have a huge impact on the environment. We should never go against environment and must leave nature in its natural form. The Scouts and Guides are being made aware about creating a conducive atmosphere for the conservation of environment. If we are educated about environment since childhood it would contribute to taking steps towards the conservation of environment,” underlined the Senior Civil Judge.

Mysuru District Chief Commissioner of Bharat Scouts and Guides P. Vishwanath, District Secretary Abdul Jaleel, South Zone Local Chairman Dr. B.K. Ajay Kumar Jain, N.D. Kusuma, S. Latha and Scouts & Guides from various schools were present.
