Cows let loose on the road by their owners is hampering smooth flow of traffic on the busy Mysuru Zoo road leading towards Durga Devi Temple. Also, the cows and vehicles occupy the footpath on the stretch forcing the pedestrians to walk on the road risking their lives. Authorities concerned are urged to take action at the earliest.
