A pack of about 15 stray dogs are causing a lot of problems in Gokulam 3rd Stage behind the yet to be inaugurated ‘Samskruthika Bhavan.’ The sender of this photograph has stated that the pack had surrounded a lady recently and the lady had to be rescued. Authorities concerned are urged to take steps to control the menace created by dogs at the earliest.
