Mysuru: The Social Welfare Department has extended the deadline for SC community students to apply online for student scholarship to Dec.15.
SC community students, who have scored between 60 and 74.99 percent marks in SSLC / CBSE / ICSE (2017-18) exams in the first attempt can apply for a scholarship of Rs.7,000, while students who have scored more than 75 percent can apply for a scholarship of Rs.15,000.

The eligible SC students can apply online and submit the necessary documents at the Department office located in Government Boys Hostel premises, opposite Murugadevi Temple, Nazarbad, Mysuru-10. For details, call Ph: 0821-2520910.
