The students of Kuvempunagar First Grade College are seen staging a dharna at the College premises in city yesterday opposing the circular issued by the State Government on commencement of classes from 8 am. They later submitted a memorandum to College Principal Sowbhagya to be sent to the Commissionerate of the Education Department.
