Subramanya (43), a resident of the town, passed away yesterday at a private hospital in Mysuru following brief illness.
He leaves behind his wife, one son, brother (Studio Manju) and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at the Hindu Burial Grounds near Taluk Office in Hunsur this afternoon, according to family sources.
