Department of Horticulture, as part of ‘Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana (RKVY)’ and other such schemes, is providing subsidy for farmers to purchase machineries including pit digging machines, cutting machines, weed cutters, coconut climber machines, aluminium ladders, rotavators, track trolley and others. For application forms, interested farmers may contact Senior Asst. Director of Horticulture in their respective taluks and hoblis and filled-in applications forms should be submitted before Sept. 30.
