After over two-and-a-half years of journey on a 21-year-old Bajaj Chetak scooter along with his mother Choodarathna, Dakshinamurthy Krishnakumar retuned to his home in city this morning.

It may be recalled here that Dakshinamurthy, a modern day Shravan Kumar, had undertaken the scooter sojourn across India as per his mother’s desire.

This story had drawn the attention of one and all including Anand Mahindra, Chairman of Mahindra and Mahindra Group who promised to give him a Mahindra SUV.
