Mysore/Mysuru: Canara Bank, Regional Office-2, Mysuru, Maharani’s College for Commerce and Management, Mysuru and RUDSETI, Hinkal, Mysuru jointly organised a programme commemorating the International Women’s Day on Mar. 8.
K. Susheela, Project Director, Zilla Panchayat, Mysuru, H.K. Gangadhar, Regional Manager, Canara Bank, Regional Office-2, Mysuru and Dr. G.H. Mahadeva Swamy, Principal, Maharani’s College for Commerce and Management, jointly inaugurated the event.
In the programme RUDSETI-trained successful women entrepreneurs and Best Girl Students from the College were felicitated. K.C. Divyashree, Chief Superintendent, Mysuru Jail, K.N. Ananda Nayaka, Director, RUDSETI, Prof. Vanitha, Prof. Tulasi, H.P. Giridhar, Divisional Manager, Canara Bank, Regional Office-2, Mysuru, Dr. Somanna, Head, Department of Commerce were present on the occasion.
Totally, 550 girl students participated in the programme. Meghasri compered the programme and Roopa proposed a vote of thanks.
