Special Programmes

Daily from 10 am to 9 pm — • Exhibition of handloom, handicrafts, rural products, industrial goods and domestic items etc., Book and Art Expo, Educational Models prepared by High School students; • Expo-cum-Sale of products produced by various institutions, Co-operative Societies, Self-help organisations, Sthree Shakthi Sanghas and cottage industries; • Health, Medical & Science Exhibition.

Daily from 10 am to 7.30 pm — Krishi Mela: • Demonstration of paddy crop through drip irrigation; • Demonstration of diverse crop varieties, exhibition and sale of agricultural equipment/ tools; • Exhibition of native breeds of cattle, sheep, goat and chickens; • Demonstration of various varieties of crops; • Demonstration and sale of varieties of millets and Pulses; • One-Acre ‘Krishi Brahmanda’; • Exhibition of foreign food crops like Chiya and Teph.

• Health Check-Up by Expert Doctors from JSS Hospital, Mysuru, Kidwai Memorial Institute of          Oncology, Bengaluru; • Cancer Check-up Camp from Feb. 6 to 10.

BUS FACILITIES: KSRTC will be operating special buses to Suttur Srikshetra from

various taluks and district headquarters.
