Noting that every individual will have a certain level of intelligence, Heeralal said it is important that students set a goal for themselves and start preparations  in right earnest for  achieving that.

Stating that he comes from a rural background and studied in Kannada medium upto SSLC, Heeralal said that his grit, determination and commitment saw him through the IFS (Indian Forest Service) exam, in which he secured  24th rank.

Contending that Google is a treasure of knowledge, he said that what is required for accessing it is just a network connection and the students must make full use of the information and data that they would get from Google.
