Shivamogga: A Police Head Constable was found hanging at Shivamogga West Traffic Police Station toilet yesterday. The deceased has been identified as Mohammed Zakaria (55). He is survived by his wife and three children. A death note was found by his body, Police said. Zakaria was on leave for a month and returned to duty…
