Power bills to be sent consumers’ mobile phone numbers Mysore/Mysuru: Following installation of Smart Metres to houses and commercial establishments of power consumers by CESC at Gokulam, Mahadeshwara Layout, Brindavan Layout, Vontikoppal, Paduvarahalli and Jayalakshmipuram in V.V.
