Meanwhile, State JD(S) President and Hunsur MLA A.H. Vishwanath has advised Tourism Minister S.R. Mahesh and Mandya District Minister C.S. Puttaraju to have a re-look at the Disneyland project.
He said the Ministers must consult experts and address their apprehensions over the proposed project.
“KRS is the lifeline of South Karnataka and lakhs of families depend for agriculture and livelihood. I am not against the project but it is better to take the stakeholders and experts on board as the project should not pose any threat to the reservoir,” he added.
