Nanjangud: Following his transfer from Kengeri to Nanjangud, PSI Vijayaraju took charge as the new PSI (Police Sub-Inspector) of Nanjangud Town Police Station here on Friday.
Vijayaraju replaces Y.N. Ravikumar, who has been transferred to Mandya East Police Station.
Speaking after taking charge, Vijayaraju said that he will do his best for maintenance of Law and Order in the town. Pointing out that prevention of crimes is high on his priority, he said that he will work under the guidance of senior officials. He sought the co-operation of the public for ensuring peace and harmony in the town
