‘Tax Clinic’ at ICAI Bhawan in city on July 13 and 14

Expert Chartered Accountants will answer queries of tax-payers between 11 am and 6 pm

Mysore/Mysuru: To create awareness among the tax-payers with regard to importance of filing of Income Tax (IT) Return and resolving their queries or ambiguities in filing of returns, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has organised Tax Clinics across India through its 168 branches and 5 Regional Councils on July 13 and 14. This will reduce litigation, increase in tax base, resolution of queries resulting in timely compliance and smooth filing.

The Tax Clinics have been organised with the publications support of the Income Tax Department.

As part of this event, the Mysuru Branch of ICAI is conducting ‘Tax Clinic’ at its branch premises located at ‘ICAI Bhawan,’ CA Site No. 2, Bank Employees Colony, Bogadi, Mysuru.

Tax Experts will be available from 11 am to 6 pm to answer queries of tax-payers pertaining to filing of return of income without any cost.

The Tax Clinic in Mysuru will be inaugurated by K. Devarathna Kumar, Principal Commissioner of Income Tax, Assessment Unit-1, Mysuru, on July 13 at 10.30 am.

Public are requested to take advantage of this and get their queries resolved by expert Chartered Accountants on both days between 11 am and 6 pm. In case of queries, public may contact the ICAI Mysuru Branch on Ph: 0821-2598000.
