Temple built on footpath?

Sir,

Over the past month, a temple structure has been quietly being built on the footpath near Gokulam-KRS Road junction opposite the Seervi Samaj building site.

First, an idol was installed on the footpath. Later, a small covering was built around it. Now, after installing steel columns, a permanent temple structure is in place, encroaching on the footpath.

Does this structure have a sanction plan? Is Mysuru City Corporation, which recently cleared encroachments along KRS Road near ESI and Jayadeva Hospitals, aware of it? Who is the owner of the temple inaugurated?
