Mysuru: ‘The Compounding Leader: A Mid-Career Manifesto in the Age of AI’ authored by Adarsh Sudhindra, Chief Innovation Officer of Excelsoft Technologies and Founding Member of Mysore Quantum AI, was jointly released by Mysore Quantum AI and Mysuru Book Clubs Charitable Trust at an event held at a private hotel in city yesterday.
Announcing his debut book, Adarsh Sudhindra said, “Mid-career is a defining stage for leaders. Responsibilities become larger, decisions carry greater weight and the pace of technological change demands continuous learning. At this stage, leadership is increasingly about enabling others, being open to learning and having the humility to recognise that success cannot depend on one individual. The Compounding Leader is built around this idea that ego isolates while humility compounds and that sustained leadership growth comes from building stronger teams, exercising better judgment and continuing to evolve in the age of AI.”
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. R. Balusubramaniam, Member, NITI Aayog and Founder, SVYM & GRAAM said, “Leadership is both a science and an art. There are frameworks, tools and now technologies such as AI that can help leaders make better decisions, but leadership is also shaped by judgment, experience and the values we carry with us. Our Indic traditions have long emphasised that knowledge and achievement ultimately have a larger purpose — what we are able to contribute back to society. The book brings these ideas into the context of leadership today, particularly at a time when AI is changing both how we work and how we lead.”
The book’s foreword is written by D. Sudhanva, Chairman and MD, Excelsoft Technologies. NR Group Chairman R. Guru was also present on the occasion.
