Three days rain with thunderstorm in Karnataka likely

Bengaluru: Unseasonal rain is likely to lash the State including places like Bengaluru, Mysuru, Mandya, Tumakuru, south and north interior Karnataka and other parts, predicted the Meteorological Department. The rains are  likely to be accompanied by thunderstorm.

There is apprehension that this might affect the first phase of elections in Karnataka. Including Tamil Nadu, heavy rains lashed the south interior parts of the State.

It has been reported that many districts have experienced rains. People were forced to run for cover due to the sudden downpour.
