Five two-wheelers worth Rs. 3.25 lakh recovered

Mysore/Mysuru: Three juveniles (Children in conflict with law), who were involved in theft cases have been taken into custody by V.V. Puram Police.

On Sept. 17, the Police, who were on duty near Yadavagiri Bridge, saw three boys on a two-wheeler sans registration number plate, stopped them and questioned them. As the boys did not give satisfactory reply, the Police inspected the two-wheeler and found that the two-wheeler was a stolen one and brought the three boys to the Police Station.

On questioning the boys, the boys are said to have revealed that they had lifted various two-wheelers in Mysuru city and Hassan district.

Based on the information provided by the boys, the Police have recovered five two-wheelers worth Rs. 3.25 lakh from them.

With this, the Police have one case each in V.V. Puram, Udayagiri and Channarayapatna Town Police limits and two cases in Narasimharaja Police limits.

Lepaksha, ASI H. Siddaraju and staff S. Ravigowda, Chamundamma, S. Mahesh, Parashurama Rathod, N.V. Eeranna and Umesh in the nabbing and recovery operation.
