Mysore/Mysuru: Preethi, a 3.9-year-old tigress which was housed in Mysuru Zoo has died of Haemoprotozoa yesterday midnight.
Born to Thara and Rocky on July 24, 2022, Preethi had stopped consuming food since last five days and was being treated by the Zoo Veterinarians. But Preethi, did not respond to the treatment and succumbed to illness yesterday, according to a press release from the Executive Director of Sri Chamarajendra Zoological Gardens.
