It is noteworthy to see that our Traffic Cops are out of COVID duty and back on Mysuru roads conducting checks on the erring motorists.
But it is noticed that the Traffic Police personnel are stationed at the same locations under the jurisdiction of their respective Traffic Police Stations. This has resulted in hoodwinking the Traffic Police by the habitual and compulsive traffic rules violators.
Knowing very well the time and presence of the Traffic Cops at particular locations, these habitual traffic rules offenders deviate their route when they come close to the regular and fixed checking points. They either drive back on the wrong side inviting risks not only for themselves but for other motorists also or deviate to the nearest parallel road.
Since quite some time the Traffic Cops are stationed at the same locations. It is better if they keep changing their checking locations frequently to hoodwink the violators and apprehend them.
