A Maruti Swift Dzire car (KA-09 MA-8447) parked in front of Institution of Engineers-India (IEI) on JLB Road here last evening was damaged when the branch of a tree allegedly fell on the car. No one was injured.
The car owner S. Kumar, a contractor, was said to have parked the car and gone to MUDA office when the incident took place.
On receiving information, the ‘Abhaya’ team of Mysuru city Corporation arrived on the spot and got the branch removed to facilitate smooth flow of traffic.
