Mysuru: VV Puram Police have booked a case against three persons including the owner of a company, for allegedly trespassing into an industrial plot which had been attached by a bank in lieu of non-payment of a loan procured by a Company from the bank.
Bangalore City Co-operative Bank Limited, Kuvempunagar Branch, Officer Mohan Kumar in his complaint with VV Puram Police has alleged that Londley Bottling Company owner C.M. Nagesh Rao, brother C.M. Lakshman Rao and son Preetham had taken a loan from the Co-operative Bank pledging their industrial plot in Yadavagiri Industrial Estate. The bank officer stated that the bank had taken possession of the pledged property on May 14 for default in loan repayment and had arranged security personnel to guard the property.
He further complained that the said three persons had trespassed into the pledged property on Aug. 16 and had threatened the security personnel after breaking the sealed locks. The complainant has also feared that the three persons could have taken away some items.
