Mysuru: The Karnataka State Tourism Development Corporation (KSTDC), sponsored by Yoska and other organisations will be conducting the Dasara Triathlon- 2018 event on Oct. 7 in city.
Speaking to SOM, Deputy Director of Tourism H.P. Janardhan said the Department is holding the Triathlon for 750 meters swimming at University of Mysore Swimming Pool in Saraswathipurm followed by 20 kms cycling and 10-km running at Open University surroundings from 6 am to 10 am.
A nominal fee will be collected from the participants. Only 250 participants can take part. A participant must take part in all the three events compulsorily once registered for the Triathlon as per the rules, according to the organisers.
