Trust offers help to COVID affected

May 16, 2021

Mysore/Mysuru: In a pro-social initiative, city’s Swarna Nrusimha Datta Sai Peethika Seva Trust has come to the rescue of COVID affected people in city.

Upon learning that hundreds of homeless and destitute people had taken shelter in  Nanjaraj Bahadur Choultry on Vinoba Road following the enforcement of COVID lockdown, Arjun Avadhoota Maharaj asked the Trust office-bearers to help to the homeless.  Soon, the Trust office-bearers, accompanied by volunteers visited the choultry and distributed mats, bedspreads and woollen blankets to over 150 shelterless people.

They also distributed required medicines after getting a list from doctors, who had attended these homeless people. The inmates of the choultry were asked to wear face mask and follow other COVID guidelines for their own safety and health.

Venkatachala Avadhoota Guru and Arjun Avadhoota Guruji blessed the people on the occasion.
