Two held for peddling ganja

Mysuru: The City Crime Branch (CCB) Police, on Nov. 1 have arrested two persons for peddling ganja in Mandi Mohalla here and have seized 250 grams ganja and Rs. 3,010 cash from them.

The arrested persons have been identified as Syed Shafeer and Syed Tabrez, residents of Mandi Mohalla in city.

The two were arrested when they were peddling ganja in front of a mutton shop on Hazarath Bedadak Shah Wali Dargah Road in Mandi Mohalla.

DCP Dr. Vikram V. Amathe and CCB ACP C. Gopal supervised CCB Inspector R. Prasannakumar, ASI Kantharaju and staff Anil K. Shankapal, Asgar Ali, Purushotham and Shylesh in the nabbing and seizing operation.
