Mandya: In a tragic incident, two youths were killed on the spot when the motorcycle they were travelling crashed into Police barricade near Tolali Gate on Bellur Cross- Adichunchanagiri Road late last night.
The deceased have been identified as Pradeep (25) and Pavan (23), residents of Nagamangala town.
Nagamangala Police have registered a case in this regard.
In another road mishap, two motorcyclists sustained serious injuries, when the two-wheeler they were riding was knocked down by a KSRTC bus near Soonagahalli on Mandya-Malavalli Road this morning.
The injured motorcyclists who have been identified as Vishakanta, 40 and Munivenkatappa, 44, hailing from Basavanabetta in Malavalli taluk, were rushed to MIMS Hospital.
Mandya Police have registered a case in this regard.
