Mysuru: To accommodate the extra rush of passengers during the upcoming Ugadi and Ramzan festivals, the Railway Board has approved the operation of a one-trip special express train between Mysuru and Vijayapura. The details of the special train service are as follows:
Train No. 06567 Mysuru-Vijayapura Express Special will leave Mysuru at 7.10 pm on Mar. 28 and reach Vijayapura at 2.05 pm the next day. In the return direction, Train No. 06568 Vijayapura-Mysuru Express Special will depart from Vijayapura at 7 pm on Mar. 31 and arrive in Mysuru at 2.20 pm the next day.
En route, the train will halt at the following Stations in both directions: Mandya, Kengeri, KSR Bengaluru, Yasvantpur, Tumakuru, Arsikere, Birur, Chikjajur, Chitradurga, Rayadurg, Ballari Cantonment, Toranagallu, Hosapete, Koppal, Gadag, Badami, Bagalkote and Almatti. The train will consist of 3 AC Two tier, 6 AC Three Tier, 10 Sleeper Class, 2 General Second Class Seating and 2 SLR/D Coaches.
