Mysuru: Urging the Centre and the State Governments to take steps to get UGC recognition to Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) in city, members of Paduvarahalli Srigandha Yuvakara Sangha staged a protest in front of Gandhi bust opposite City Law Courts Complex here yesterday.
Alleging that violation of rules by previous Vice-Chancellors had led to UGC de-recognising KSOU, the protesters demanded criminal cases be initiated against such erring VCs.
The protesters demanded intervention of both the governments to save lakhs of students, lecturers and professors of KSOU.
How long a student should be suffer from the university de recognition?
How long a student self wait for his final certificate?
It’s too late for receive final certificate.
For god say sir please start the exam and relief students. Their age also a very big matter in their carrier sir. I think university and the higher authority should complete students course very fast and different way which way student’s get certificate very fast.
This is an irony that one one side we say that we promote the students to earn high education and on other side we do not solve the matter of recognition for years together. For last three years students are suffering and not getting degree. This is a clear violation of the right to education. WE WANT OUR RIGHT.

All suffering students of KSOU come together and go to the Court against KSOU, UGC & State Government.
Students are suffering hell for no mistake of theirs, please all the students reading this post let us unite and take the issue to the court,,,reply.
Students are suffering for university problem.how many year waiting .age also matter for all student so please clarify your problem and start exam and get final certificate ….please……

We came to know that KSOU is trying its best to get back recognition from UGC and also planning to issue Degree certificates for their in-house courses only and not for technical courses like BSc (IT), BE etc which they were conducting through partner collaboration. This is ridiculous. KSOU themselves had published ads in newspapers few years ago inviting admissions from PUC & Diploma pass candidates to these courses and as a result thousands of students took up these courses and appeared to exams. We are still waiting for our degree certificates. Our career and PG course admissions has got stuck without any progress. Please approve UGC recognition for both technical and non-technical courses as there is no fault from student’s side.
I request to state & central govt please recognize approval & save the students carrier bez mony students are waiting for final certificate for they are carrier please do something sir this is humble request to who are responsible

i am one of student father drafting message it is really fed – up students and parents how many years waiting to get the their certificate you are all aware that why you kept in dark students those are running colleges to get the admissions, it purely management mistake. those students already appeared exam at lest issue their certificate and don,t allow for new admissions.
ksou recognition की समस्या बड़ी समस्या नहीं है, इच्छा शक्ति की कमी के कारण समस्या बनी हुई है, अगर कानूनी समस्या है तो अध्यादेश लाया जा सकता है, फालतू में टेक्निकल/नॉन टेक्निकल पर इशू बना हुआ है
