UGD pipeline laying works around JC Wadiyar Circle

Ahead of the white-topping works, the Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) has begun laying of new UGD pipelines on roads around Jayachamaraja (JC) Wadiyar Circle (previously Hardinge Circle) in city since Saturday. The works have been taken up now to prevent road digging in future once white-topping is completed. The authorities have also diverted the traffic around the busy Circle where six Roads meet. At present, white-topping works are underway on Manandavadi Road and Bogadi Road as part of the ongoing development of 12 major roads in Mysuru under a Rs. 393.85-crore Public Works Department (PWD) project.
