Umer Farooq Sait Kushali (54), Proprietor of Jeelani Textiles at Meena Bazar on Sawday Road here, passed away last evening at a private hospital in Bengaluru following brief illness.

He leaves behind his wife, two sons, one daughter and a host of relatives and friends.

Namaz-e-Janaza will be held at Masjid-e-Azam on Ashoka Road here at 5 pm today followed by the burial at the Muslim Burial Ground, near Tipu Circle.
