Unexpected humanity

April 27, 2024

Sir,

During one of my recent walks to Kukkarahalli Lake, I encountered a humane incident. A group of foreigners caught my attention as they were compassionately tending to a wounded street dog.

I approached them and discovered that the dog had been injured four days ago, and since then, these foreigners had been diligently providing care, including bandaging its leg and offering pedigree for nourishment.

In a world often marked by selfishness, witnessing such genuine kindness from strangers, especially towards a street dog, left me profoundly impressed.

This incident served as a powerful reminder that every living being, regardless of their nature, deserves to experience humanity and compassion.
