Unidentified bodies found

Mysore/Mysuru: In separate cases, Mysuru South Police and Devaraja Police have found bodies of unidentified persons in their respective jurisdiction and have registered cases.

In the first case, Mysuru South Police have found a body of an unidentified man near Kodanahalli Village Gate on Mysuru-Nanjangud Main Road and have registered a case.

The deceased is aged about 60 years, oval faced, dark complexioned, thin built, sports white beard and moustache and was wearing a white shirt and saffron coloured dhoti.

The kith and kin of the deceased, if any, may contact Mysuru South Police Station on Ph: 0821-2444955 or Police Control Room on Ph: 0821-2444800, according to a press release.

In the second case, Devaraja Police, following information from the public that foul smell was emanating from Lansdowne Building, inspected the place yesterday and found a body of an unidentified person and shifted the body to MMC&RI mortuary besides registering a case.

The deceased is aged about 45 years and is suspected to have died about two days ago.
