Mysore/Mysuru: Varuna Police have found a decomposed body of a man near Giri Betta Lake and have registered a case.

The hands and legs of the deceased were tied with a rope and the body was found wrapped with an iron mesh to a concrete pole and secured with rope and steel wire. The right eye has been eaten away by marine creatures.
