Mysuru: An unidentified woman was killed when she came under the wheels of a moving train near Railway Goods Shed in Metagalli here yesterday.
The woman is said to be about 30 years, wheatish complexioned, normal built and was wearing chudidar and anklets.
Railway Police Sub-Inspector S. Krishnamurthy and staff, who rushed to the spot on receiving information, shifted the body to MMC&RI mortuary for post-mortem besides registering a case.
The kith and kin of the deceased may contact the Mysuru Railway Police.
